Our kids love the park - maybe it is being trapped in a small space for long periods of time - but they love it. Okay, to be honest - I love it too. It is good to have a park so close so they can get some of those wiggles out. The weather has also been nice lately - perhaps a bit chilly, but nothing a jacket won't cure. So it is awesome to have the park where the kids can run and jump and slide and it doesn't involve my living room furniture. Olsen has discovered his new found freedom too now that he is walking and actually wearing shoes (although he still takes them off whenever he can). He loves to run around and play on everything - but his favorite is the slides. I believe he could slide all day long if we let him.
Just look at the pure bliss on that kids face!
Taylor was really getting a kick out of Olsen's reaction too, he even tried to copy it.
But, Drew? Nope, he's too cool for too much slide action. He mostly just rides his Heely's around the park.
Scott even was having a bit of fun riding his horsey ride at the park.
But, do you want to know why my family gets excited to go to the park???? Yep, the urinal. Really. They will talk about it from the time we leave the apartment until we get to the park - then they talk about how cool it was using it for five minutes afterwards. Boys.
I am contemplating putting one of these babies in our house though (along with a hose) - it would really help on the bathroom cleanup.
