So, I'm pretty much convinced that homemade pickles are the best thing ever! My Grandma Betty always made them, my mom made them, and Scott and I made them from our garden in Utah. The problem is, I could eat a jar of them in about 15 minutes! Anywho, our garden has had a few stumbles, with all the bugs and whatnot, but we got a few cucumbers and we bought a few cucumbers at the farmers market, and we made pickles. We also pickled some asparagus. Our problem now is waiting for them to be done. I can hardly wait for them to be good and pickled. Delicious!!!

Pickles
