I'm sorry, this is another Disneyland post, so you can just skip it if you want. We have to make good use of those passes, right? Well, since I had taken the kids to (apparently) tease them with Toy Story Land, we decided for Family Home (or Out) Evening we would go check it out and ride some of those fun rides.

I picked the kids up from school and then Scott and some friends met us there after work. They decided they wanted to go on the RC Racer first (of course that was after the quick Space Mountain run). Taylor wasn't tall enough to go, so he hung out with me and Olsen while we waited.
They do have a fake seat for picture taking and possibly to console those short kiddos who didn't get to ride. Taylor really didn't want to get out, so he spent much of the time sitting in there pretending he was on the ride - he only got out when someone else wanted to take a picture. Poor kid, he really wanted to ride it. Maybe if we can get him to eat some food one of these days, he will start to grow.
They finally got on the ride and loved it. They are three rows up where you can see Shelly (our friend) and Scott with their hands up.
Then we rode the slinky ride - think Music Express from Lagoon. We were sufficiently queasy after that one, but we needed to go on the last ride too.
It is a parachute drop, and the kids loved it.
I have to say the best part was as we were leaving, walking down Main Street, we looked up and it was SNOWING! Okay, so it was some sort of bubble snow, but it was fun to see - and obviously mesmerizing. Thanks Disney for giving us a little Christmas wonderland.
