We have had so much fun having our garden, and now is the best time of all. We have felt a little overwhelmed by the zucchini that seems to be taking over our lives. Note to self: 4 zucchini plants is too many! At one point I counted 18 zucchini in our fridge - and that is eating one or more a day (one day we ate 6!), and giving them away. We have also gotten a bunch of tomatoes, some crookneck squash, cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, onions, and a bunch of herbs. It has been so fun to be able to use the veggies that we have grown. The other day we were able to make salsa almost completely from our garden (we didn't grow salt, garlic, or limes). It was so good, and it turns our our jalapenos are spicy. Yum!

Harvest Time
